Bulletin #5 explores the technologies and methods used to design an external building envelope to perform to a Passive House standard, and the impacts on air and water tightness.

Vienna House is a mass timber and lightwood hybrid building that will explore innovative technologies, approaches, and designs to affordable and sustainable housing construction.
