 View Saved (0)

Purpose:

This bulletin provides stratas, co-operative boards and other types of multi-unit residential building owners information on operating, maintaining, and replacing make-up air units (MUAs) and corridor pressurization systems. The MUA and corridor pressurization units are part of a multi-unit residential building’s overall ventilation system. MUAs keep spaces within the building healthy and comfortable for occupants just as exterior windows and doors, exhaust fans, air handling units, and other pieces of equipment also do.

Impact:

Maintenance Matters bulletins and videos provide important information to co-operative boards, stratas and various other types of multi-unit residential building owners in order to support the maintenance of properties.
