Purpose:

The Kettle on Burrard is a supportive housing building in Vancouver operated by the Kettle Friendship Society. It offers safe and affordable housing with supports to single men, women, and youth who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. This case study used the Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodology to demonstrate the social and economic value created by investing in dedicated-site supportive housing.

Impact:

This series explores the Social Return on Investment (SROI) of operating dedicated-site supportive housing in B.C. It features five case studies of dedicated-site supportive housing programs located in communities across the province.
