Purpose:

With financial help from BC Housing and support from the Queen Charlotte Heritage Housing Society, Co+Host developed a housing need and demand assessment in 2018 for the Village of Queen Charlotte/Daajing Giids. The resulting study assesses the current affordable housing need and supply and identifies emerging housing needs and the anticipated affordable housing supply. The methodology used included data collection and analysis, key stakeholder interviews, an online and paper survey, and focus groups.
